On receiving your order, we will send you a family questionnaire and a research contract.

When we receive your completed questionnaire with a $500 deposit, we begin genealogy research on your family, completing your research and layout in 6-12 weeks. We will then link you to an online product preview. On approval of the preview, the balance is due. Your product will be shipped within one week of receiving the balance.

In 2-5% of the cases, it will be impossible to research your family within our time constraints. If so, we will let you know within the first week and refund your deposit.
