On receiving your order, we will send you a family questionnaire and a research contract.

When we receive your completed questionnaire with a $500 deposit, we begin genealogy research on your family, completing your project in 4-8 weeks. You will be sent a product preview to view online during that time. On approval of the preview, the balance is due. You product will be shipped within one week of receiving the balance.

In 2-5% of the cases, it will be impossible to research your family within our time constraints. If so, we will let you know within the first week and refund your deposit.
